Maldon’s High Street and the Hythe are conservation, visitors, and wind off the Blackwater. A scaffold there is public protection and a licence if we take highway. Heybridge and the inland streets are closer to a normal house job.
We do a lot of roofs and chimney work on older stock. Listed fabric does not get a different platform — it gets a more careful tie and a cleaner street.
Danbury, Wickham Bishops and the lane villages are quoted from the same run as Chelmsford when it makes sense.

Licences and access
Essex Highways. Estuary wind on the Hythe — sheeting and hire length are part of the quote, not a later argument.
