Skyrise Build

Services

Every scaffold starts with the work it has to carry.

Houses, facades, plant and internal access — quoted as erect, hire and strike, not a round number on a napkin.

Domestic scaffolding on a two-storey UK house

Domestic scaffolding

Most of our domestic jobs are roof replacements, loft conversions, extensions and chimney repairs. We survey the street, the garden and the neighbours before a single tube goes up, then leave a tidy, boarded working platform that trades can actually use.

Commercial scaffolding on a mid-rise city building

Commercial scaffolding

Commercial work needs programme, not guesswork. We design around loading, public interface, craneage and the principal contractor’s sequence so the scaffold is an asset on the critical path rather than a delay.

Industrial scaffolding around a warehouse structure

Industrial access

Industrial sites ask more of the kit and the people. We plan around live plant, restricted access, and the need for stair towers, loading and edge protection that stands up to a working week, not a photo.

Roof-edge and chimney scaffolding on a Victorian brick house

Roofing & chimney access

Roof work fails when the scaffold is an afterthought. We set lift heights for the covering, protect the eaves, and give chimney stacks a proper working platform instead of a ladder and hope.

Temporary roof scaffold sheeting over a terraced house

Temporary roofs

A temporary roof keeps the building dry, the street protected, and the programme moving. We design the span, sheeting and loading so it is a working enclosure, not a tarpaulin on sticks.

Access towers and birdcage scaffold in a large hall

Towers & birdcage

Internal access is a different craft: floor loadings, finished surfaces, and enough clear space for the trade that follows. Birdcages and towers are designed for the room, not copied from the last job.
