Wickford is mostly houses: Shotgate, Runwell and the streets off the Broadway. Roof replacements and rear extensions dominate. Ground is generally kinder than the clay surprises further south, but we still look at access for the lorry.
The Broadway and the station side can need an Essex Highways licence if the scaffold sits on the public highway. Most garden jobs do not.
We quote Wickford as local work. If the job is a one-day erect, it should feel like one.

Licences and access
Essex Highways if we take pavement. Shotgate and the newer cul-de-sacs are usually private land and quicker to book.
